We strive to deliver high-quality services but do not guarantee specific outcomes such as sales, conversions, or responses.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate business details and objectives for the campaign
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations specific to their business
• Supply necessary materials (e.g., brand messaging, product details) before campaign launch
• Acknowledge that lead generation results may vary based on multiple factors outside our control

3. Payments & Fees

• All payments must be made in full before the campaign starts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.
• Any additional services beyond the agreed package will be quoted separately and require client approval.
• Failure to make payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

4. Compliance with Laws & Regulations

Parker & Bond Pty Ltd operates in compliance with relevant telemarketing, email marketing, and data protection laws, including:

• Spam Act 2003 (Australia) – for email marketing compliance
• Do Not Call Register (DNC) – We do not intentionally contact numbers on the register unless the client has obtained prior consent.
• Privacy Laws & GDPR (if applicable) – We take data privacy seriously and do not sell or misuse contact information.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their business practices, products, and services comply with all applicable laws.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

• Parker & Bond is not liable for business losses, lost revenue, or expected sales resulting from our services.
• We do not guarantee a specific number of conversions, leads, or sales.
• Any information provided by us is for business development purposes only and does not constitute financial or legal advice.
• We will not be responsible for any third-party actions, such as customer responses, negative feedback, or competitor actions.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

• We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and campaign details.
• Any data shared with us (e.g., customer lists, email contacts) will be handled securely and used solely for the agreed-upon campaign.
• We do not sell, share, or misuse any client data.

7. Termination & Cancellation

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms.
• If a campaign is canceled after payment but before work commences, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
• Once services have started, no refunds will be provided.

8. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Parker & Bond from any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from:

• The use of our services in a manner that violates laws or regulations
• Misrepresentation of products/services by the client
• Any disputes between the client and their customers

9. Changes to Terms

Parker & Bond Pty Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia/NSW, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
